IDENTITY AND ADDRESS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER
In accordance with the applicable regulations on Personal Data Protection, Explotaciones Turísticas Canabal, S.L., Tax ID (CIF) B35392067, with registered office at Calle Fernando Macías, nº 2-1ºB, La Coruña (15004) (hereinafter “Pazo do Río” or “the Data Controller”), informs you that by submitting your data through the electronic forms on our website or by sending us your curriculum vitae, you provide certain Personal Data which will be processed automatically and incorporated into the corresponding mixed files, previously registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, for which the Data Controller is or will be responsible and, if applicable, the processor of the data.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The collection and automated processing of your Personal Data has the following purposes:
• Management of clients in all matters related to services and accommodation in our hotels.
• In the case of submitting your curriculum vitae, the purpose is the evaluation of CVs by our Human Resources department to select candidates with a suitable profile for employment.
You consent to the processing of your data for these purposes and for no other use. Additionally, you consent to the processing of your data for promotional and marketing purposes, including the sending of electronic commercial communications for all products and services we offer, as well as related services in the hotel, travel, gastronomy, and leisure sectors.
If you make a reservation at one of our affiliated hotels, Explotaciones Turísticas Canabal, S.L. will act as the data processor, and the Data Controller will be the affiliated hotel where you ultimately stay.

RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, AND OBJECTION
You have the right to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection at any time, in accordance with data protection legislation. To do so, submit a written and signed request to:

• If exercised by the data subject: Name, surname, and a copy of your ID (other legally valid identification may be used), address for notifications, date and signature, and specification of the request (access, rectification, cancellation, or objection). If requesting rectification or cancellation, indicate the data to be corrected and the correction to be made, as applicable, along with supporting documents.
• If exercised through a legal or voluntary representative: Identity of the represented person (copy of ID), representation granted by the data subject, address for notifications, date and signature, specification of the request, and supporting documents.

DATA SHARING
In compliance with current legislation, your data may be shared with State Security Forces. Due to the nature of Explotaciones Turísticas Canabal, S.L.’s activity and services, the transfer of personal data to third parties, including international transfers, may be necessary.
You also consent to the sharing of your personal data, including any outstanding payments, with Pazo do Río, S.L. group companies and affiliates for the above purposes, including promotional and marketing purposes on behalf of Explotaciones Turísticas Canabal, S.L. and its affiliates. All group companies and affiliates are referenced on our website: www.pazodorio.com.
For CV submissions, the Data Controller informs you that your personal data will be shared with Pazo do Río group companies and affiliates in the hotel sector, referenced in the Legal Notice, for participation in recruitment processes.

USE OF COOKIES
When you access our website, the server automatically recognizes your computer’s IP address, the date and time of access, the time you leave, and which parts of the website you visit. This allows the server to communicate with your device to deliver the requested content. Neither the server nor we can know your personal data unless you provide it.
Our website uses cookies to improve the service provided. These cookies are installed automatically but contain no personal information, only technical data to improve communication with the server. Such information is used only in aggregate and statistical form.

SECURITY MEASURES
The Data Controller has adopted legally required security measures in its facilities, systems, and files in accordance with Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, implementing Organic Law 15/1999, and related legislation, based on the sensitivity of the data you provide.
The Data Controller guarantees the confidentiality of Personal Data but will disclose such data to competent public authorities as required by law.

PRINCIPLE OF QUALITY, MINORS, AND REVOCATION
The Data Controller ensures that the data you provide is accurate, relevant, and not excessive for the intended purposes. Users guarantee the veracity, accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the data and agree to keep it updated. Services are not intended for minors, and Pazo do Río does not collect data relating to minors.
In accordance with Article 17 of the implementing regulation of the LOPD, you may revoke your consent at any time.
