IDENTITY AND ADDRESS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER
In accordance with the applicable regulations on Personal Data Protection, Explotaciones Turísticas Canabal, S.L., Tax ID (CIF) B15518350, with registered office at Calle Fernando Macías, nº 2-1ºB, La Coruña (15004) (hereinafter “Pazo do Río” or “the Data Controller”), informs you that by submitting your data through the electronic forms on our website or by sending us your curriculum vitae, you provide certain Personal Data which will be processed automatically and incorporated into the corresponding mixed files, previously registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, for which the Data Controller is or will be responsible and, if applicable, the processor of the data.
PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The collection and automated processing of your Personal Data has the following purposes:
• Management of clients in all matters related to services and accommodation in our hotels.
• In the case of submitting your curriculum vitae, the purpose is the evaluation of CVs by our Human Resources department to select candidates with a suitable profile for employment.
You consent to the processing of your data for these purposes and for no other use. Additionally, you consent to the processing of your data for promotional and marketing purposes, including the sending of electronic commercial communications for all products and services we offer, as well as related services in the hotel, travel, gastronomy, and leisure sectors.
If you make a reservation at one of our affiliated hotels, Explotaciones Turísticas Canabal, S.L. will act as the data processor, and the Data Controller will be the affiliated hotel where you ultimately stay.
RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, AND OBJECTION
You have the right to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection at any time, in accordance with data protection legislation. To do so, submit a written and signed request to:

For CV submissions, the Data Controller informs you that your personal data will be shared with Pazo do Río group companies and affiliates in the hotel sector, referenced in the Legal Notice, for participation in recruitment processes.
